Revoltech Protect Gear - The Red Spectacles Edition
This is the Revoltech Protect Gear from whatever anime or video games series that I don't know but for sure, he looks so cool.
Out of the box...
The Revoltech action base/display stand with 4 optional hands
Some machine gun, rifle and small gun and also machine gun's bullets
Let's take a closer look on the body...
Though the overall appearance is pretty nice but actually the body is quite heavy and the small legs can't really cope well with dynamic posing and that is when you have to attached it onto the action base...
Nonetheless, the details is superb....
For kneeling pose like this, no problem...
And also for a normal standing still posing like this is never an issue as well...
We've got few other figurines to be reviewed soon so I think I'm quite tired to spend more time on this figure so I guess that is all the photo I would share.
Basically this is a nicely design action figure, I'm quit impressed with the details but too bad that the small leg can't cope with the body weight to perform dynamic pose - though this is not impossible if you willing to use the action base/display stand.
The only major issue I would like to highlight is that the hands... the 4 optional hands is not satisfying and I believe they should design it much better than what we've got now. Trust me, it will take some time for you to attached and pose the weapons on the hands...
We are still quite happy with this though, let's hope that in the future, Revoltech/Kaiyodo will improve further and learned from all the weaknesses from their previous products.
