From Wikipedia.

Harrison Ford (born July 13, 1942) is an American film actor and producer. Ford is best known for his performances as Han Solo in the original Star Wars trilogy and as the title character in the Indiana Jones film series. He is also known for his roles as Rick Deckard in Blade Runner, as John Book in Witness and as Jack Ryan in Patriot Games and Clear and Present Danger. His four-decade career also includes roles in several other Hollywood blockbusters, including Presumed Innocent, The Fugitive, Air Force One, and What Lies Beneath. At one point, each of the top five box-office hits of all time included one of his roles, though his role in E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial (as Elliot's school principal) was deleted from the final cut of the film. Five of his films have been inducted into the National Film Registry.

In 1997, Ford was ranked # 1 in Empire's "The Top 100 Movie Stars of All Time" list. As of July 2008, the United States domestic box office grosses of Ford's films total almost $3.4 billion, with worldwide grosses surpassing $6 billion, making Ford the third highest grossing U.S. domestic box-office star.

I think I'm a big fan of Harrison Ford - ever since I saw him in that classic Star Wars movie.

My favorite movie of him of all time (other than the Star Wars of course) is the Air Force One, that was one hell of a thriller huh Mr. President?

OK, let's have a look at this 3.75 inch action figure with the diorama set.

First the Temple Trap.

The box...

Out of the box...

You get that Harrison Ford...

The famous whippy whip...

That pouch and a gun...

And of coz the Temple Trap with Golden Doll in the middle...

OK basically this is the main highlight of this thing.... the Temple Trap...

When you pull out that golden doll in the middle....

Boom... this will happen... something thrilling like in the movie huh... I use self timer 2 seconds and Manual Mode on my camera to capture this.

This is the end result... basically if our hero is trapped in there, it's game over for him...

Although this is suppose to be a cheap stuff for kids, I like the details that Hasbro made on all around the things....

OK, let's have a close look a the action figure... not much to expect but for it's price, I think Hasbro did a decent job on the basic details...

And now we will see the other set, Temple Pitfall set.

The box...

This is basically it - out of the box...

Again, you get the figurine with the famous whip...

Plenty of snakes....

A nicely detailed pitfall...

Decent numbers of skulls...

Good details...

With some minor setup this is how it look likes...

Let's have a look at the figurine.... it seems that I don't focus on the face properly here...

Again for a cheap stuff... Hasbro still give you extra details like weathering effects on the cloth.

And yes... you can actually connect both sets of the Temple Trap with the Temple Pitfall together...

And at the end.. it will be something like this.... but when you do this, only one set of the "trap flippers" will work when you removed the golden doll...

We bought this at a discounted price last Saturday in Bebeland and that is obviously why we bought it - the nice discount. The original price for this item is SGD 28.00 and after minus 33% discount the net price is just $18.76

But in fact we are now also plan to use both of these items as an additional "prop" for our future Digirama project. In this month of August, we hope to produce a few Digirama here.... stay tuned for that.
