Well, we not talking about the 2 judges in the pictures above or any other judge in the courtroom what so ever. We are talking about a special judge that can be bought LOL....

And this is it.... here come "The Judge" - All rise for The Judge....

Yes we are talking about 1970 Pontiac GTO "The Judge" a classic high performance speed machine from the 70's with over big power engine that can kick the ass of any Toyota Corolla and Daihatsu Move or even Nissan Vanette... LOL... what a ridiculous comparison that was...

Anyway, classic cars from Pontiac and Chevrolet are my favorite when it comes to American classical selection. It's not that I owned any of their cars so far or I plan to get any of them soon but when ever I look at those classic cars of Pontiac and Chevrolet (both are from General Motors anyway) on TV or even their toys or scale model, I just love them, I think they represent many of the best American design, engineering and racing essence.

Even if we are in America now, I'm not sure if we can afford to buy this 1970 Pontiac GTO The Judge, especially those that have been fully restored, reconditioned and fully customized with all those lovely blings and add on here and there.... I think it could be expensive.

Not many can afford it but Mattel/Hot Wheels can help to solved that problem by producing this miniature scale of 1970 Pontiac GTO The Judge, available to all with pocket friendly price ^__^

In the past weeks, we have seen plenty of Japanese cars here in Shewsbury Land and from now onwards we will see some Americans coming ^__^

This is the review of "70 Pontiac GTO The Judge" (as it says on the packaging) from Hot Wheels.

Out of the packaging;

They did not paint the head lamps :-(

And no painting on the break lights as well :-(

The detailing and markings are quite OK considering the low price.

So I decided to do my usual "2 dollar project" to add a little bit of flavor on this fine dish. I need my red marker pen and the silver marker pen;

With the Pilot Silver Marker Pen, at least now the head lamps looks much better than the "all yellow" earlier.

And with the red marker pen, we now have "break lights"

And I decided to also color the registration plate;

And lastly, Hot Wheels did not do a perfect job on the door here, so I need to do some touch up using the silver marker pen;

And I think it's better like this... not perfect, but Hot Wheels don't bother to make it perfect either;

Overall, this is quite a decent miniaturization of Pontiac GTO The Judge from Hot Wheels. If you want to have "a judge in your pocket" than this is the one to get. Naturally, fans of this car would like to have this item and knowing Hot Wheels, you can in fact choose several other color for this model, it's just a matter if you are lucky and manage to find them. For SGD 3.50, I guess I'm happy with this judge ^___^
