GFF Perfect Gundam (PF-78-1) - Part 3

Now this is a straight continuation from previous post of Part 1 and Part 2.

This is how it looks like with 95% of the extra armors and weapons attached to the Gundam to formed the Perfect Gundam (PF-78-1).

95% - you might ask why? I will tell you later...

This is how it looks after attaching all those stuff...

About the 95% I mentioned just now.... That is the armor for the foot/shoes part - I am lazy to attached this part and I think it's quite "difficult" for me to take it out again once attached and furthermore I prefer the red color rather that that black color....

Let's look at the body...

In this photo you can see that the back part of that armor on the leg does not fit firmly, after several tries I give up to make it perfect and just leave it that way...

Let's look at some detailing on the armors and weapons...

At 1/144 scale, I guess it's not easy to work on the decals specially on those tiny and curvy area... that is what you paying for extra basically...

Let's try some action pose...

Thankfully even with all those extra heavy armor and weapons, action pose is still OK...

At the end, this is the final form that I like... removing the red armor on the legs...

My army of "78"

Wait a minute, this guy is also basically RX-78 with "samurai armor"

Since I got 2 units of 1/144 HG RX-78-2 Gundam Ver. G30th and I also have the unused armor from the GFF Full Armor Gundam (Blue Version) - therefore I decided to do some kind of "extra variation" on it....

This is again another look of all the "78" in Shewsbury Land....

I now use the "red color leg armor" for Perfect Gundam on this 1/144 HGUC RX-78-2 Gundam

This is the 1/144 HG RX-78-2 Gundam Ver. G30th

This is the other unit of 1/144 HG RX-78-2 Gundam Ver. G30th and I put on the unused armor from Full Armor Gundam (Blue Version).

This is the Gundam from the Full Armor Gundam (Blue Version)

And this is of coz the Perfect Gundam

At least now I can see a few variation of RX-78-2 in 1/144 scale.... trust me, just because I have a few of them, RX-78-2 Gundam is not really my favorite, my favorite Gundam is still Strike Gundam with the SWS (GAT-X105).

More exciting stuff will come soon in Shewsbury Land... stay tuned.

  1. Wow so many variations of RX 78 ^^. This is quite a worth while buy with so much playability. Didn't even know it can combine with the 1/144 kits haha!

  2. Well the GFF is in 1/144 scale so basically no problem to use their parts into 1/144 HG kits

  3. I thought GFF was non-scale?

    I love 1/144 scales anyways
