Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddin Mosque

Recently I decided to snap the photo of this mosque on different times, a normal scenery that I saw everyday and never get bored with it... every time I look at it, it reminds me the beauty and the excitement living within Bandar Seri Begawan area. Some might say it's a boring town but for me this town is so wonderful that I love and appreciate every bits of it so much...

And thus this simple project of capturing the photo of this wonderful landmark on different times is a sign of my appreciation to this beautiful scenery in Bandar Seri Begawan.

Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddin Mosque is a royal Islamic mosque located in Bandar Seri Begawan, the capital of Brunei Darussalam. The mosque is one of the most spectacular mosques in the Asia Pacific and a major landmark and tourist attraction of Brunei Darussalam.

Named after Omar Ali Saifuddien III, the 28th Sultan of Brunei, the mosque as a symbol of the Islamic faith in Brunei dominates the skyline of Bandar Seri Begawan. The building was completed in 1958 and is an impressive example of modern Islamic architecture.
