Option D - Nissan Skyline GT-R R34

This is the review for Option D - Nissan Skyline GT-R R34 produced by Jada Toys.

The box...

Out of the box...

I never plan to just put it in the box... let's have a look at the car... closely...

And now, let's analyze all those decals...

The decals is not that much but quite adequate to match the color scheme... sometimes less is better...

All the doors and boot and engine hood cover can be opened to show the interior... which I like a lot...

So first, we started at the interior... on the driver side...

I hope all these photos below can show you the interior details of this model...

I personally like the customized red color bucket seat...

That silver thing.. at the back passenger seat... is the Nitros tank or bottle I think...

It's quite difficult to capture it on camera... but here is another angle so that you can have a look at it...

From the other side (left), we can see further details on the interior...

In the photo below, I personally feel that the LCD monitor is too close with the gear knob... the logical explanation is maybe they will remove or hide it some where during driving time...

PS2 or PS3 game controllers... now that is cool...

That chrome silver box thingy with red line in the middle... I'm not sure what is it... probably some speaker or some sound system stuff or amplifier maybe... if you're a serious car junkie... I'm sure you knew what is that..

Inside the boot at the back.... you can see all this stuff.... with all those thing inside, it's kind of hard to use this car for your weekend groceries shopping.

Those round thing... I believe its those loud speaker... those thing in the middle... is it possible that it is another Nitros tank?

The engine... thank god they provide this details... It's nothing great if you compared to those produced by Auto Arts... but it's better than none...

The disc brake...

This is how it looks like underneath...

Side by side with the 1/24 Mazda RX-7 (FD-3S)

Side by side with the 1/24 Mazda RX-7 (FC-3S)

Side by side with the 1/24 Nissan Fairlady Z3

All of our 1/24 scale collection - the Japanese only... don't have much of it... I'm quite selective with the models...

For SGD 29.00 before some 10% discount, this car is damn cheap and I have no complain at all. It is not perfect or as great as those 1/18 scale produced by Auto Arts but at SGD 29.00 for a 1/24 scale die cast model with engine details and openable door and a bonus of openable boot - I believe this worth every dollars spent on it - a great value for the money and for your collection.

  4. Leon, I guess the driver of the car like to play PS2/PS3 while he park his car facing the beach enjoying the sunset....

LOL, of coz it's come with the car... you don't think I would put it there on purpose are you? hahahaha....

In fact you cannot move or remove that thing as it seems it stuck there with some glue or whatever...
