Problem with Auto Pagination is solved

There's an old saying that I learned from Yako, Wako and Dot - the 3 protagonist of the popular Warner Bros. cartoons - Animaniacs.

"If you can't beat them, join them"

Google/Blogger recently introduced the "Auto Pagination" and surely it caused lot's of problem to many bloggers out there in the whole world wide web.

Shewsbury Land is one of those who were affected by this problem but after some trial and error using some simple method everything seems to be OK now and everything should be back to normal.

Yes, we noted about the problem with that Word Verification when you want to post "Comments" and thus to make life easier, we disable that features permanently so we hope that from now onwards, you should have no problem anymore to post your comments.

Nonetheless, looking back at the lesson learned from this "Auto Pagination" roll out by Google/Blogger is that they as the service provider want to minimized the bandwith and wanted that the main page of many of the blogs load faster for the readers. Probably there are plenty of other technical reasons for Google/Blogger to do so but I believe the first reason that I gave is one of them.

Yes, one may agree or disagree with that reason but I guess at the end of the day Google/Blogger want us to live with limitations.

Something has to be done to save the whole big crowd though certain individual may not be happy with the decision. However, if you are the authority, you have to look at the bigger scope and make the difficult decision hoping that it will bring positive result.

This "Auto Pagination" by Google/Blogger may not pleased everybody (surely it never did) but no matter what, it's never easy to "pleased everybody" anyway. Even if we all happy with Google, at least Microsoft wont be that happy with the prosperity enjoyed by Google in the cyberspace world.

To reflect the vision of Google/Blogger so that the main page load faster we have decided to comply and play along with it and be positive about it. After all, it is good for you if the main page of Shewsbury Land load faster than before.

Thus from now onwards, you may not see plenty of thumbnails on the main page of Shewsbury Land and most of the times you will only see some text and as usual you need to click the posts title to read further.

Despite this changes, we can promised you that the amount of photos in our reviews wont be reduced. It will be as it should be - lot's of photos if necessary and still with minimum boring words.

So if you have problem to posts comments in the past, don't worry now, you can posts as many comments as you like, no more word verification and you can even post comments as "Anonymous" person if you lazy to log into your Google/Blogger (or anything else) accounts.

In the meantime now, we need to fixed the similar problems on Shewsbury Figma Club and Shewsbury Photo Stream.
